Introducing our extremely experienced and gold standard client service Surgeon Mark who joined us in 2018. Mark qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 2001 and completed an RCVS diploma from the prestigious Cambridge in 2003.
Being a highly experienced General Practitioner with many years experience in soft tissue surgery, ultrasound and complex medicine cases, Mark also has a huge passion for exotics and looks forward to seeing you with your rabbits, rats, birds and other small furries!
Being an OV Practioner means Mark is available to give advice and issue passports/export certificates to small animal companions wanting to travel.
Outside of the surgery Mark enjoys painting some incredibly impressive animals and also the more daring hobby of kite surfing!
Qualifying from Pretoria in 2013 Jenny absolutely loves working in London and has been practising in the big city since 2016. Still keen to see other wonderful parts of the UK, Jenny has also lent her experienced hands to clinics in Scotland and East Sussex.
Whilst enjoying practising as a General Practitioner, Jenny particularly enjoys anaesthesiology, radiology, soft tissue surgery and also being part of more adventurous and complex cases.
Outside of the surgeries Jenny enjoys reading, being in the great outdoors and photography.
Jemma qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2011. She has always wanted to work with animals so becoming a nurse was her lifelong dream and passion. Jemma is also our feline friendly advocate.
Jemma has always worked in small animal practices and has spent some time working on charity neutering programmes abroad in Greece and Croatia.
Emergency, critical care and surgery are Jemma’s favourite parts of nursing, as well as nurse clinics. She has two dogs of her own, Mollie who is a Yorkshire terrier and Monty who is a dachshund cross. Molly was rescued from Greece when she was on one of her neutering programmes. Jemma fell in love with him and had to bring him back to the UK.
In her spare time she enjoys running, travelling, socialising and watching football.
Amy has been working as a receptionist/nurse assistant in the veterinary industry since September 2015. Amy hope to continue developing her skills in the veterinary world and one day qualify as a vet nurse.
Amy has two dogs at home a black German Sheppard called Blade and a miniature Yorkshire terrier called Lilly.
In her spare time she enjoys taking her two lovely dogs on long walks with her husband.
We were delighted to welcome Jen to the team in October 2018. Jen joins us with a background of veterinary and management experience, previously responsible for the smooth running of two London surgeries. Before entering the veterinary world, Jen was an integral part of the management team for two wildlife parks in Kent working for their overseas charity projects as well as the parks. Having previously worked in hospitality for several years, Jen has plenty of customer service experience and is passionate about delivering a stellar experience for pets and owners alike! Jen is a massive animal lover and enjoys taking excellent care of her eleven year old Labrador Murphy – he may be a little spoilt!
